The visitor enters the facilities from the parking area, passing through an open space planted with grasses and olive trees before reaching the glass tower of the north façade of the ground floor, where he can perceive the size of the space through a longitudinal view from the reception area to the tennis courts on the south side of the site. The ground floor level is marked by the linear roof lights which ‘share’ the movement from the reception area to the bar and events area, the indoor play area and the glazed panels which highlight the squash courts and CrossFit area, from the basement level to a total height of 6 meters.
Finally, a fully equipped kitchen that caters for guests at children’s parties and events.
In addition to the squash courts and cross fit area mentioned above, the basement level also includes men’s and women’s changing rooms with saunas, children’s changing rooms, storage rooms and an engine room.
The second floor is dominated by the gym, group programs room, the aerobic machines room which enjoys a spectacular view to the north and the sea, a massage room and men’s and women’s changing rooms with saunas. This floor adopts an industrial architectural approach, with mechanical equipment elements visible on the ceilings, differentiating it from the cleaner and more minimal design of the other two levels.
The facades are distinguished by the use of perforated sheet metal with circular holes, serving multiple purposes. They enhance the facades aesthetic appeal, permit ventilation, and provide unobstructed views of the sea. Furthermore, these metal elements protect against direct sunlight, diffusing it through the holes, creating a sense of relaxation and well-being.
The majority of the outdoor area is devoted to 9 tennis courts, with 6 featuring acrylic surface and 2 are covered with red clay surface.
Particular attention and precision was paid to the design and construction of the courts, both in the underground infrastructure, the final surfaces and the special lighting, which were certified by the World Tennis Federation (ITF).
The outdoor area is complemented by a swimming pool, playground and event space and all areas of the Club have been designed to be accessible to people with disabilities.
